Right then, had a crack at this one. 🥃 First smell is proper nice – vanilla and baked apple, maybe a bit of honey. Gets you right in. On the tongue, it’s got some warmth, like cinnamon and nutmeg. There’s a fruitiness there too, pear and a bit of citrus. Can taste some woody notes, a bit of ginger maybe. Finish is medium length, with a hint of smoke and some pepper. Leaves a nice, slightly sweet aftertaste. Probaly better with a drop of water, mind. Cheers! 🍯
