First sip — hits with this lovely warm tofee sweetness, proper nice 🍯 Then theres a bit of cinnamon and spice creeping in, kinda christmassy if yknow what I mean. Feels like sitting by the fire on a cold night 🔥 Getting some sherry notes too, maybe a bit of dark fruit or plum? Defintely malty underneath it all. The smoke is there but not overpowering, just a gentle wisp in the background Finish is long and warming, leaves this nice oaky vanilla taste 🥃 Ovrall quite rich and complex, the sort of dram you want to take your time with
