Mmm... right, so first thing you get is this big wave of honey and baked apples 🍯🍎, almost like walking into a bakery. Then it sort of turns more... hmm, woody and warm? Like old oak books in a dusty library. Wait, there's a bit of spice at the back, ginger or nutmeg? 🤔 It's not sharp though, more like a cozy hug. Fades into something creamy, maybe vanilla custard. Ooh, and a little smoky whisper right at the end, like a distant bonfire 🌫️🔥. Nice!

Ooh, getin' a nice bit of spice 🍊 and some zesty citrus, but with a proper woody undertone, innit? A bit of that toasted oak comin' through, maybe a touch of vanilla sweetness. Hints of dried fruit an' a whisper of smoke... quite complex, real cosy for a sip. 👌 Finish is long, leaves a warm glow. Cracking stuff.
