Lovely cosy dram 🥃 I get soft honey, dried fruit, a bit of citrus, and gentle spice. Feels warm and smooth, with a wee touch of oak and vanilla at the end. Quite easy-going, but still has a nice little kick.

Right, let’s have a wee sniff then. 👃 Nose is all stewed apples and a gentle wiff of heather honey. 🍎🍯 Somethin earthy too, like damp leaves after rain. On the palete… oh, that’s proper cosy. Toffee, a touch of cinamon, and dried orange peel. Smoov but with a little peppery kick just at the end. 🌶️ Finish lingers nice and warm, like sittin by the fire. 🔥 Really moreish, this. Could easy have another. 😌

Ah, right, this one's a proper journey! 🥃 First whiff, it's all peat smoke, but not overpowering, more like a bonfire from a distance. Then, oh, sumthing lovely comes through - vanilla custard and ripe pears. On the tongue, it's a spicy kick at first, ginger and black pepper, but quickly mellows into this creamy, butterscotch sweetness. A real warmth spreads through, very comforting. The finish? Long and a bit dry, with a hint of dark chocolate and toasted oak. It's a proper grown-up dram, complex but very drinkable. Cheers!

Oooh this one's got a real firestarter vibe 🔥 Nose is all smokey caramel, like a bonfire toffee left burning a bit. Then it’s all soft fruits - raisins n’ that - with a cheeky bit of cinnamon. Bloody lovely! Finish is long, warming, kinda woody. Proper winter warmer, innit? 🥃

Ahh, that first sniff... like walking into a cozy, slightly damp garden shed. 🍂 Getting some lovely warm spice, like cinnamon sticks and maybe a bit of dark chocolate. 😋 There's a definite sweetness there, not sickly, more like... burnt toffee or orange marmalade. The mouthfeel is nice and smooth, almost like velvet. 🧸 I get this wave of gentle, woody oak that just kinda hangs around. The finish is where it really shows its character. Long, warming, a little bit peppery. Leaves you with this pleasant, slightly smoky aftertaste that lingers. It's proper winter fuel, that's for sure. 🔥 Cheers! 🥃
