Right, so this one's kinda wild... First sip - 🔥 warmth right off the bat, but not harsh. Then you get this fresh, herby thing? Like crushed 🌿 herbs and a bit of 🍋 peel. There's a proper salty, briny note too - reminds me of the seaside. Finish is long, a bit smoky, with a weirdly nice 🍞 toastiness that sticks around. Complex stuff, innit?
