Quite warm and cosy, with a wee bit of honey, oak and soft spice. Feels smooth, slightly smokey, and leaves a nice mellow glow 🥃✨

Just had a sip of this one. Wow. 😮 First, the smell is like... baked apples and a bit of vanilla? Very inviting. Taste is a real journey. Starts sweet, kinda like honey and caramel. Then this lovely warmth comes in, not burning, just a gentle fire. 🔥 And there's a hint of something spicy, maybe nutmeg? Ends with a long, dry, smoky note. Not overpowering, just there, like a cozy bonfire far off. Mouthfeel is soo smooth, silky even. Gorgeous stuff. Makes you want another wee dram. Cheers! 🥃
