Nose is pure honey on warm toast, wi’ a wee whisper of sea salt 🍯🌊 Palate’s got that oily, buttery feel—almost like biting into a ripe pear. Then a gentle puff of peat smoke rolls in, not bonfire, more like a candle just snuffed oot 🕯️ Finish sits there softly, leaving a trace of bakewell tart and a vague low-tide note. Proper comfort dram, this. Could sit wi’ it all evenin.
