Well now, this one's proper nice 👌 Sweet malt upfront, like golden syrup 🍯 Then comes the warmth – a bit of cinnamon spice and candied ginger 🌶️ Hints of baked apple and pear linger, with a touch of vanilla custard 🍮 Gets deeper towards the end – some oaky leather and toasted nuts 🥜 The smoke isn't heavy, just a gentle woodfire whisper in the background 🔥 Quite floral too, like heather honey 🌼 Leaves a long, dry finish with more spice 🥃 A real winter dram, that one.
