# Whisky Tasting Notes 🥃 Right so this one's proper lovely. First thing you get is this beautiful honey sweetness, almost like golden syrup? Then there's a bit of vanilla cream coming through 🍯 As it sits on the tongue you start picking up some nice smoke, not too heavy mind, just enough to keep things interesting. A touch of dried fruit as well, maybe some pear? The finish is where it really shines though - proper oak and a whisper of dark chocolate. Dry but not unpleasant, keeps you coming back for more 😌 Honestly quite well balanced. Would happily have another glass on a cold evening. The kind of whisky that just makes you go "ahhh yeah, that's decent that" 👌 Not too complex but not boring either. Just... nice, you know?
