Right, took a sip of this one. First thing, got a lovely sweet hit, like honey and maybe some dried fruit? Quite warming, that. 🍯 Then there's a bit of a spicy kick, kinda peppery. It's got a nice full mouthfeel, not too thin. Finishes with a bit of smoke, I reckon. Not harsh smoke, more like a distant bonfire on a nite out. Leaves a pleasant warmth, ya know? A real solid drink, tha. 🥃

Right then, this one's an absolute treat 🥃 First sip - you get this lovely butterscotch sweetness, almost like melted toffee. Then there's a bit of apple and citrus coming through, quite fresh realy. The mid-palate is where it gets interesting - creamy vanilla, a touch of honey, maybe some dried fruit lurking in there. Gotta say, the mouthfeel is proper lush 🍯 Finish has a gentle warmth, slight spice, and I'm picking up some leather and just a whisper of smoke. Quite complex but nothing that smacks you round the head, y'know? Overall impression? Very well-balanced, smooth as you like. Could happily sip this one all evening by the fire 🔥 Solid stuff init 👌

Right then, had a wee dram last nite 🥃. Nose is proper lovely, hint of vanila and honey 🍯. Goes down smooth, warms the chest nicely 🔥. Bit of spice on the tongue but nothing mad. Finish lingers like a old friend 👋. Definitly one for a rainy eveing in the pub. Would buy again tomorow if had the cash 💷. Cheers mate!
