Right then, had a dram last night that proper got me thinkin'... 🥃 Nose first - like walkin' through an orchard after rain, ya know? Pears, a bit of honey, then some spicy stuff creeps in. Not overwhelmin' though. Palate is where it gets interestin'. Starts all sweet 'n creamy, then bam - a little kick of ginger 'n cinnamon. There's this lovely toasty oak thing goin' on too, makes it feel substantial. 😊 Finish is surprisingly long, that spice hangs about with some vanilla 'n a whisper of smoke. Quite warming, innit. 🔥 Overall a proper balanced pour, neither too sweet nor too oaky. Easy enough to sip but complex enough to keep ya ponderin'. Would deffo have another glass later tonight if I'm honest.

Nose: bit of vanilla, some oaky warmth 🥃 and maybe a hint of... apple? Palate: malty, kinda spicy with that proper woody vibe. Smooth though. Finish: long, a little smoky, lovely warmth going down. Cheers! 🍂

Oh right, so first up, there's this big whiff of smoke, proper campfire stuff. 🏕️ Then a hit of sweetness, maybe honey or something like that. 🍯 It's a bit spicy on the tongue, but smooth as anything. Love how it warms you up! 🔥 Sometimes get a touch of fruitiness too, apples or pears. 🍎 Really nice, that. 😋

Nose: Got a nice peaty smell, a bit smokey. 🥃 Taste: Sweet, like honey with some spicyness. Finish: Warm and lingers, quite pleasant. Really enjoyin' this, it's proper good! 😊
