Bone dry and quite grown-up this one. Black tea, bitter choc, coffee beans and old walnuts ☕🍫 Salty, leathery, a bit leafy, with that hay-and-tobacco feel. Loads of Seville orange peel, but it stays dry right to the end. Long finish, bitter in a good way. Not an easy dram, but nicely balanced.

Warm and cosy dram 🥃 Bit of honey, oak and soft spice, with a wee fruity lift. Feels smooth, slightly smoky, and lovley on a chilly evening. Slips down nice.

Warm and easy-going dram 🥃 I get honey, soft oak, a bit of orange peel and vanilla. Slight spice at the end, cosy rather than punchy. Nice wee sipper for a quiet evening.

Right, so this one’s a proper cosy dram. Nose is all warm orchard fruits 🍏 and a wee bit of heather honey. Sippin’ it, there’s a lovely wave of toffee and baking spice, wi’ just a whisper of bonfire smoke 💨 drifting through. The finish lingers nicely, soft oak and a cheeky little pepper kick. Cracking stuff for a dreich evening. 🥃

Crackin’ dram, this one 🥃 First sniff… soft orchard fruits, a bit of honey, maybe a whisper of vanilla sponge. Sippin’ it— warm baked apple an’ a wee nudge of toffee. Tiny lick of oak spice dancin’ at the edge. Not shouty. Just… comfy. Finish lingers like a slow Sunday, gentle an’ a touch malty. Tiny tickle of cinnamon right at the end. Proper fireside whisky, that. 🍂✨
