Right, so this one’s got quite the kick. First thing you notice is a bit of honey and some apple, maybe? 🍯 Then it gets smoky, not too harsh, more like a cosy fireplace. There’s a hint of something nutty too, hazelnuts perhaps. A sip’s got that warming feel, goes down smooth enough for a Friday night. Not too strong on the alcohol taste, which is a plus. 👍 Overall, pretty decent for a casual drink.

Then it opens up to sweeter notes – think vanilla fudge and ripe pears. 🍐 A bit of oakiness creeps in, kinda woody but pleasant. Finish is long and wraming, with a hint of spice. Proper lovely stuff for a quiet night in. 🥃
