Right, so this one’s a proper cosy dram. Nose is all honey’d nuts, a whiff of sea spray 🌊, and a gentle wisp of smoke. On the tounge it’s baked apple, dark chocolate 🍫, and a dusting of spice—cinnamon, maybe. The finish sticks around with that soft peat and a wee salted caramel thing. Crackin’ stuff. 🥃
