*swirls glass* Mmm, that’s a proper good one. First hit’s like... warm honey? No, more like toasted oak an’ a bit of smoke, y’know? 🍯 Then it kinda mellows out, get some dried fruit - dates or summat - with a cheeky bit of vanilla. The finish lingers, nice an’ spicy, like gingerbread. Colour’s a deep amber, luvly. 👌 *takes another sip* Bit of caramel an’ maybe some dark chocolate in there too. Smooth, but got character. Yeah, this’d go grand by the fire on a damp night.

Hm, getting some proper autumn vibes from this one... 🍂 Nose is all juniper & a bit of dark chocolate. Like walking past a baker's first thing. Palate has this lovely baked apple & walnut thing going on, with a hint of honey. Slight peppery kick, oak's well hidden but there. Very moreish. Finish... ah, that's the winner. Long, warming, with smoked malt & a touch of that coastal peatiness. Just fades out with some dried fruit & toffee. Yep. Good stuff. 👍 (Almost spelt "peppery" wrong there, ha!)

This one's got a nice smokey nose with hints of apple and honey. 🍎🍯 Tastes quite smooth, a bit of vanilla and oak on the palatte. 👅 Finishes long with a warm spicey kick. Very enjoyabel! 😌🔥
