Right, so this dram's got a proper *honey'd* nose—like heather honey wi' a drift of peat smoke and a wee medicinal whiff, almost iodiney. Salty sea air too, bit of bonfire embers 🍯🌊🔥 On the palate it's oily and warm. Stewed orchard fruit, mainly apple and a hint of pear, then that charred oak rolls in with a sprinkle of cinnamun and black pepper. Touch of dark toffee sweetness holding it all together. Finish lingers long and cosy—oak spice, a wisp of dark choc, and a tingle of salt at the back of the throat. Slàinte! 🥃
