Pale gold in the glass. Sharp, zesty and lemony, with a salty mineral edge that I really like. Bit of soot, ash, iodine and old-school antiseptic vibes 🥃 There’s a wee grassy white-wine thing too, almost Verdejo-ish. A splash of water works brilliantly — opens it up, makes it swim nicely. Totally up my alley.

Quite cosy this one — soft smoke, a bit of honey, dried fruit and a wee spicy kick. Feels warming, easy to sip, with a nice oaky finish 😊 Bit sweet, bit charred, very autumn-evening vibes.

Lovely cosy dram 🥃 Bit of honey, oak and gentle spice, with a soft smoky edge. Warms up nicely, not too fussy — just easy to sip on a chilly evening.

# 🥃 Tasting Notes Ooh this is lovely init 👌 First sip — really smooth, like proper warm honey drizzled over toast 🍯 Gets abit smoky half way through, not too much like, just gentle. Reminds me of sitting by a fire in autumn 🍂 Then theres this vanilla & caramel thing going on at the back, quite moreish actually Bit of spice too — cinnamon maybe? Cant quite put my finger on it Finish is long and warming, leaves this nice toffee thing on the tongue 😊 Would deffo have another glass, maybe two... ok three 🤣 Pairs nicely with a bit of dark chocolate imo

Right, this one's a bit of a journey! 🥃 First off, I'm gettin' some lovely apple and honey right up front, very pleasant. Then it kinda shifts, y'know? A bit of dark chocolate and some citruys peel come through. There's a gentle warmth, hints of vanilla and spice, but it's all quite balanced. Finishes with a touch of oaky, smoky thing. Rather nice, actually. 👍
