Sip it and you get this slow, oily warmth; a bit of almond skin and maybe a whisper of something herby, almost like crushed nettle or wild garlic? The fruit swerves into dried apricot territory, but stays shy. Finish is mid-length with a flicker of pepper and soft oak, maybe a cheeky hint of cola spice? It’s all v laid-back, nothing shouty… just some quiet, muddy charm that grows on ya. Proper cuddle in a glass 🥃✨.
