Quite cosy on the nose — honey, soft oak and a bit of orange peel 🍊 Taste feels warm and mellow, with caramel, spice and a wee smoky edge. Finishes dry-ish, gentle, and nicely comforting. A proper easy sipper, tbh.

Blimey, this one’s proper lush! 😄 First off, got this lovely honey and citrus thing going on, maybe a bit of apple too. Then comes the warm spice – cinnamon? Nutmeg? – with a touch of vanilla and caramel. Malty backbone, aye, and some oakiness in the finish. Alcohl is there but not shouty, like a gentle hug. Creamy, almost buttery mouthfeel. Bit of grass and earth sneakin’ in at the end, innit? Overall, quaffable and moreish! 🥃 (Notes: "citurs" for citrus, "alcohl" for alcohol, "moreish" is a very British term)

Nose first – earthy oak an' a hin of caramel 🥃 Taste is proper nice butterscotch, then cumin an' a bit o' orange peel Finish? Lingers like smoky bacon but, weirdly, also apples? Not too sharp, tho. Goes down smoothish 👌 Reminds me o' autumn walks, ye know?

Right then, had a proper glass tonight. It's like a walk through an autumn wood, innit? That smoky warmth hits you first, all bonfire and damp earth. 🌲🔥 Then it mellows out, get this lovely sweet thing... honey? maybe some dried fruit. Really coats the mouth. Finish is long and spicy. Leaves you with a bit of a glow. Proper winter warmer, that. Cheers! 🥃
