Sipping this one feels like a cozy evening 🌬️ There’s that warm honey sweetness first, kinda like real hive stuff? Then the smoke rolls in, gentle but there, like a distant bonfire 🔥 Tastes a bit like vanilla custard with oak shavings, honestly. Some nice spice notes too – cinnamon maybe? And a hint of dark fruit, plums perhaps. The finish is long and warming, leaves a sorta malty, slightly peaty aftertaste. Really lovely with a bit of cheese 🧀 Perfect for nights in by the fire, or just chilling with some jazz. The complexity isn’t in-your-face, it’s more like a soft blanket unfolding. Nose: caramel, dried fruits, a touch of citrus? Palate: creamy, with pepper and something nutty Finish: long, slightly spicy, very satisfying Not too heavy, not too light – just right. Like a proper good companion for pondering 🍂
