Right then, had a wee dram last night... 🥃 First sip, hit me with this lovely warmth, kinda sweet? Like honey maybe, with a bit of that ginger spice kick 🫚. Then it mellowed out, got all creamy and smooth, vanilla and a touch of caramel. Quite pleasant, actually. A bit later, picked up on some fruit? Maybe dried fruit, like raisins. And a hint of something nutty, almond perhaps. Finishing off, there's a gentle, warming spice that lingers... reminds me of cinnamon or nutmeg. Nice. Had a bit of a smoky note too, but not a campfire sorta smoke, more like a gentle, warm hearth. 🍂 Overall, a cozy, complex sipper. Definitely enjoyed it. 😊 The nose was interesting too... got some apple 🍎, a bit of pear, and that same spice. A touch of oak, I reckon.
