Okay so this one's a bit of a journey! First sip - immediate hit of peat smoke 🔥 but not ashy, more like a warm bonfire. Then comes this rich, malty sweetness that just... coats everything. Honeyed almost? Second sip (okay maybe third) - oh, there's a subtle fruity note! Like baked apples or maybe sultanas. The smoke's still there but it's settled into the background now. Really lovely balance. A few more drams in and it's getting creamier 🧈 Vanilla custard comes through, maybe a hint of citrus peel cutting through the richness. There's a coastal saltiness at the very end that's proper refreshing. The finish is long and warming - smoky, sweet, with a bit of oak spice. Leaves you wanting another sip immediately. Absolute belter, this one ❤️
