Mmm, that's a interesting one. 🥃 First sip... hits you with a bit of smoke and somethin' sweet, like toffee or maybe honey. It's quite smooth though, not harsh at all. A warm feeling spreads. I get a hint of fruit? Maybe a bit of apple or pear. And a touch of vanilla, like from an old barrel. The aftertaste lingers... a bit spicy, ginger maybe, and that smokiness comes back. Quite the experiance, really. Makes you think of a cozy evening.

Right then, just poured a wee dram 🥃. Nose is proper lovly, hint of peat and honey maybe? Warms the chest right nice 🔥. Finish lingers... definatly makes me feel cosy. Good stuff for a rainy nite. Cheers! 🍂
