Quite cosy, really 🥃 I get a soft sweetness first — honey, toffee, maybe a bit of baked apple. Then some gentle oak and spice warms up nicely. Finish feels mellow, slightly dry, with a wee smoky edge. Easy to sip, not trying too hard.
