smoky woody notes, quite charred oak 😊 a bit like toasted bread actually. Definately get some vanilla n caramel sweetness, maybe honey? Lovely long finish, warming but not too harsh. Bit of spice there - cinnamon? 🤔

Right, first whiff gives you that crisp honeyed note, a bit of citrus 🍊. Sip it and there’s a lovely rich toffee & caramel thing goin on, then this gentle peaty warmth creeps in. Finish is proper smooth, oaky, with a tiny spice at the end. Cracking dram, really. 🥃👌
