Right then, had a wee dram last night. Not bad at all! First thing that hits you is a bit of toffee sweetness, like 🍯, and then a whisper of apple peel. Gets a bit spicy towards the end, like a warm cinnamon stick, and finishes with a lovely, comforting dryness. Sipped it neat. Cheers! 🥃
