Right then, let’s get this down. Nose is like walkin into a old sweet shop – mocha, dried hay, maybe a whiff of sherry cask. Touch of leather an all. On the palate... oof, proper spicy oak hits first, then it softens into toffee apple and vanilla custard. There’s a nutty thing goin on, almond maybe? Bit of dark choc peepin through 🍫 Finish is long n lazy. Warm, with that salted caramel vibe and a wisp of woodsmoke. Makes me think of sittin next to a fire in a wooly jumper. Proper comfy dram, no messin. Geat balance, riddled with charactar. Slàinte 🥃👍
