Oh, this one's got a lovely nose! 😊 Quite spicy an' oaky at first, then you get some nice nutty, smoky stuff coming through. 🌰💨 On the palate, it's quite waxy an' oily, with a bit of that cask char. There's a sweetness there, maybe honey or somethin', but it's all wrapped up in that smokiness. 🍯🔥 Finish is long an' a bit peppery, with the oak really lingerin'. Not bad at all, a real sipper, that one. 👍
