Warm, cosy dram 🥃 Bit of honey, spice and soft oak. Feels smooth, slightly smoky, with a wee dry finish. Proper nice for a quiet evening.

Right then, here’s my take on this dram… Nose is pure orchard fruits 🍏🍐 like a crisp apple crumble with a dollop of vanilla custard just waftin out the glass. Bit of honey’n wildflowers too. Sippin it— ooh that’s silky, innit. Citrus zest right up front, lemon peel n a wee touch of oak then this comfy wave of toffee and baking spice 🌰🧁 almost reminds me of me nan’s fruitcake at Christmas. Finish is gentle, a bit nutty, lingers with warm malty biscuit n a cheeky hint of dried apricot. No peat in sight, just an easy, smiley sorta sip. Lovely drop for a rainy Tuesday. 🥃✨

Right, here’s my take on this one – just my honest notes, yeah? Nose first 🥃 Stewed orchard fruit straight off, like bramley apples and a hint of poached pear. Bit of toffee drifting in, then this whiff of peat smoke that’s more like a campfire ember than a full-on bonfire. Palate then… Oily and coats the mouth nicely. 🍯 Honeycomb, some rich vanilla custard, then suddenly this wee spicy kick – cracked black pepper and a flicker of cinnamon. There’s a malty biscuit note too, like digestives dipped in tea. Finish is where it lingers proper. Warm, gently smokey, a bit of oak char and just a whisper of seasalt. Makes me think of walking on a coastal path after a barbecue, if that makes sense. 🌊🔥 Ocasionally a faint herbaceous thing pops up – almost mint? But fades fast. Not the most complex dram I’ve ever had, but dead comforting on a dreich evening. Wouldn’t say no to another pour.

Right then, this one’s got a proper cosy feel to it. Sniff it and you get a bit of that oaky vanilla, like old books in a leather chair. 🥃 The taste is smooth, not too fiery. Caramel and a hint of dried fruit, maybe raisins. Goes down easy, a real gentle hug for the throat. Nice one. 👍

Oh, this whisky's got a real nice kick to it – teh first sip hits you with some spicy notes, like black pepper and a touch of cinnamon. Then it mellows out, sort of sweet and fruity, maybe a bit like apples or pears. 🍎 Finishing off, there's a gentle warmth that lingers, not too harsh. Easy to drink, really – perfect for a cozy evening! 👍 Sometimes it feels a bit smoky, but not overpowering, just enough to add depth. Cheers! 🥃
