Aye, this one’s got a lovely nose Stewed pear, red apple peel, and a wee splash of dry sherry 🍐🍎 Bit of sweet malt loaf and drippy caramal honey 🍯 On the taste, it’s all warm oak and baking spice Soft woodsmoke curls through, then worn leather and just a whisper of pipe tobaco A strange coastal lick of iodine and brine right at the edge 🌊🧂 Finish stays with you—salty, slow embers, and a faint seaweedy note Like walking the harbour wall with a flask in your pocket. Not half bad, that. 🥃

Well, bloody hell... 🥃 This one’s a proper treat. Started with a lovely wave of vanilla and caramel, then settled into a right smooth oakiness. A wee bit of smoke came through, like a distant bonfire. And a hint of dried fruit - think Christmas pudding. 🎄 Went down a charm, that. Got a nice, long finish that sticks around like a good chat by the fire. 🔥 The balance is spot on, really. Not too heavy, not too light. Just... cozy. Would pair brilliantly with a dark chocolate, that. Or on its own after a long day. 👌

Honestly, this pour hits the spot right off the bat 🥃. Smells of ripe stone fruit and a dash of vanilla 🍑🍦. On the palate, it's silky smooth initially, then comes through with a subtle heather honey warmth 🍯. Not too much smoke, just a whisper at the end 👻. Finish is clean but lingers nicely on the lips. Would pair well wi th cheese any day. Real treat f'r a cold night ❄️. Realy glad I picked this up. Cheers mates 🍻.
