First sip's a real rollercoaster, that 🌪️ Smells like a bonfire on a pebbly beach, got that proper smoky, earthy peat thing going on. Then underneath there's this lovely sweetness – honey and a bit of vanilla, maybe some ripe pear. On the tongue, it's surprisingly smooth! A bit of spice, like clove, kicks in, and there's a nutty, biscuity maltiness. That smokiness wraps around it all. Finish is long and warming. The sweet and the smoke just hang about together, lovely stuff. 👍
