Aye, this one’s a proper cosy dram. First sniff is all stewed apples n a wee bit of heather honey 🍯. It’s got a werm, malty middle that sits nice on the tongue – no sharp edges, just smooth. Touches of soft oak and a hint of baking spice come through, then it fades wi’ a gentle, slightly dry waemth. Lovely stuff for a drizzly evening. 🥃

First sip and oh my... there's this lovely malty sweetness innit 🥃 Gets all creamy and buttery on the tounge, like proper toffee vibes. Then the fruit comes thru - bit of apple, maybe some dried apricot? Nose is gorgeous btw, getting honey and a touch of vanilla... maybe some gentle oak and leather in the background 🍯 Finish is long and warm, slighty smoky with a bit of chocolate coming back. Really satisfying that 🤤 Deffo a winter dram this one. Cheers!
