Blimey, this dram’s got some proper character. 👃 First sniff: stewed orchard fruits, a waft of heather honey, and just a whisper of oak char. Almost like walking into an old bothy with a peat fire smouldering in the corner. Sip it — ooft. 🍂 There’s this lovely, soft oilyness that coats the tongue. Toffee apples, a pinch of cinnamon, then it slowly unwraps into a gentle earthy smoke. Not a punchy peat, more like toasted hazelnuts and a lick of leather. The finish sits with you. 🌾 A wee warmth that lingers, with dry spice and the faintest echo of sea salt. Honestly, it’s like a wool blanket for yer insides. Sound.

Blimey, this one’s a proper journey 🥃 First whiff? Like sticking your nose in a dusty old library shelf – old leather books and a hint of that sweet pipe tobacco smoke. Bit of dried fruit, raisins maybe, hiding in the back. Takes a sip and – oof – it’s like a warm, spiced hug. Gettin’ cinnamon, some clove, and then a lovely wave of dark chocolate and orange peel. Quite rich, that. Finish is long, mate. Really sticks around. That’s where you get the oak, a bit of ginger heat 🔥, and this smoky, almost charcoal-like thing that just lingers. Leaves you with a sort of sweet, woody vibe. It’s proper complex, aye. A sit-down-and-think sorta dram. 👍

Been sipping this dram for a bit now, and blimey—there’s a real gentle warmth to it 🥃 First sniff is like walking into a bakery full of honey cakes and a hint of orchard apples. Palate’s soft, with a wee whisper of woodsmoke and nutty caramel, almost like a crème brûlée without the fuss. Finish is smooth, barely a tickle of spice at the back—more like a lingering hug than any burn. A few drops of water open up some dried fruit and a whisp of vanilla. Proper cosy, in’t it?
