Right, so… this one’s quite something. Nose is all over the shop in the best way. Proper old-school wafts ⸺ beeswax, a bit of sooty paraffin, linseed oil. It’s almost dirty, like an abandoned house with a dusty concrete floor and a whiff of old cellar damp. Then out of nowhere you get this lovey citrus, oranges and grape pips, super bright but somehow fat with honeys and butterscotch underneath. There’s a minty, camphory, eucalyptus thing too, like embrocations, and a faint hammy fatness. Very mineral ⸺ clay, chalk, graphite, almost licking a stone. Palate carries all that wax and various oils, perfectly waxy and mineral. The citrus hangs on, getting more like thyme and lamp oil. Feels like a northern Highlands dram, close to Benromach territory, but with that Springbank springbanky earthiness. Brilliant stuff, rather long, and the camphor and mint just keeps whispering at the end. Superb citrus, but absolutely covered in industrial grime. 🕯️🍊🛢️

Warm and cosy dram 🥃 I get soft honey, a bit of oak, dried fruit, and a gentle spice. Feels smooth, mellow, and quite comforting on a chilly evening. Little sweet, little smoky — nicely easy-going.

Proper dram, this. Nose is orchard fruits 🍎, honey'd malt, and a whisper of peat smoke that’s more bonfire than bandaids. Snoe-fresh vanilla pod and a bit of cinnamun. Sip brings warming spice, stewed apples, and a creamy oat-like sweetness. Then a soft waft of seasalt dark chocolate right at the end. 🌊🍫 Finish lingers with gentle oak and that cheeky wisp of smoke. Not complex, just comfy—like a chunky blanket for yer tastebuds. Slàinte. 🥃

Right,so this one's proper smoky, like a cozy bonfire night 🔥 Fruit comes through too - think baked apples and a bit of citrusty zest. Gets a slighty creamy texture on the tongue, with a kick of wintery spice. Finish is long and warming, leaves a lovely, peaty aftertaste. A proper winter dram, this. 🥃

Mmm, this one's a bit of a rum sort, init? On the nose it's proper citrusy 🍊, like marmalade, then a good waft of vanilla an' oak. The palate's got a lovely warmth 🔥, a hint of spice an' some honey sweetness. Finish is medium, with a bit of smoke lingerin'. Really moreish, that. 🥃 Aye, there's somethin' classic about it. Proper comfortin' on a chilly evening.
