Absolutely gorgeous dram this one 🥃 smoothe as velvet, wi' a wee tickle o' peat smoke on the nose. Then it opens up — a burst o' honeyed orchard fruits, stewed apples an' a hint o' lemon zest 🍋 almost custard-like richness, but not heavy at all. Mid-palate gets that lovely warm spice, like nutmeg an' a cracked black pepper tingle. Traces of charred oak float in, wafts of vanila pod 🍦 and a salty caramel edge. Finish is wher it sings — long, soft embers, a touch of seaside brine and fading campfire 🔥 lips smack with a biscuity sweetness, like digestives dunked in black tea. What a belter. Next sip please.

Ooh, that's a proper nice one, innit? 🥃 First off, gettin' some real sweet apple an' honey, maybe a bit of caramel. Like a autumn pudding, ya know? Then, there's this warm, spicy kick, kinda like cinnamon. Makes me think of a cozy fireplace. Finish is all woody an' a little bit of smoke, not too much, just enough. Proper warming, that. A dash of vanilla in there too, I reckon. Really smooth, this one. 👌

Right, had a wee dram tonight 🥃. Nose is proper nice, hints of honey and smoke 🍯🔥. Taste warms the chest, bit spicy on the tongue. Finish lingers abit, makes you feel cosy inside. Definately one for a rainy evening 🌧️. Cheers mates!
