Warm, oaky and a bit sweet — like honey, spice and a wee touch of smoke 🥃 Feels cosy, smooth-ish, with a dry finish that hangs about nicely. Not too fussy, just easy to enjoy.

Ah, this whisky's got a real smoky kick, init? 🥃 Starts off with that peaty aroma, then you get hit with sweet vanilla and a bit of honey. Quite oily on the palate, with notes of dried fruit and leather. Finish is long, with a spicy, almost nutty aftertaste. 😋 Sometimes I taste a hint of grass or herbal notes, makes it feel fresh. Really warms you up, perfect for a chilly evening. 🌧️ No fancy stuff, just good honest flavors. Love it!

Right then. Had a wee sip, here’s my take: First off, the smell is lovely - a bit of pear, some cinnamon and a hint of toasty oak. 🍐 On the palate, it’s quite smooth. Get some dark chocolate and a touch of honey. Mouthfeel is nice, not too thin. The finish is warming, not harsh at all. Leaves a sort of biscuity note. 👍 Overall, a proper decent dram. Would be brilliant on a chilly evening. Cheers! 🥃
