Ooh right, so I cracked open this one tonight... 🥃 Nose: straight away got vanilla, bit of honey, maybe some pear? Quite sweet init. Palate: nice caramelly malt, touch of smoke (but not like a bonfire or nuffin), more like... toasted oak? 🪵 Some citrus coming thru too, lemon zest kinda vibe. Finish: medium length, bit of cinnamon spice at the end, fades to a lovely woody sweetness 👌 Honestly? Really pleasant dram. Would defs have again on a cold evening. Just sits there nice and warm, ya know? Rating: solid 8/10 from me 🏴✨
