Rosy amber in the glass, proper sweet and fruity 🍓 I get strawberry jam, dark berries, sultanas and a bit of sticky port wood. There’s a wee herbal lift too, like eucalyptus and nettle tea. Tastes juicy, jammy, with plum sauce, red fruit tea and a touch of liquorice. Bit of rum cake and baked banana as it goes on. Quite fun, though a little wobbly and flabby at times. Sweet, boozy, slightly odd… but I’d still happily sip it of an evening. 🥃

Lovely cosy dram 🥃 Bit of honey, oak and dried fruit, with a wee spicy warmth at the end. Feels smooth, comforting, and quite easy to sit with on a chilly evening.

Ooh,this one’s a bit tricky at first sip!Definately get some smoky notes, kinda like a bonfire on the beach 🏖️ And then there’s a sweet, biscuity thing, like shortbread. Maybe a hint of pepper?Yeah,a little spicy kick at the end. Really warming, though. Feels like a hug from the inside. Not bad at all!

Right, got a bit of a messy list there but I think I can suss out the flavours... 😅 Looking at the notes... Ah, it's coming through now. On the nose, there's a lovely bit of **honey** and some **ripe pear** 🍐. A touch of **dried fruit**, like **raisins**, and a faint **woody spice** in the background. Smells proper inviting. First sip... **smooth**. Get some **caramel** and a bit of **orange peel**. There's a hint of **smoke** 🔥, but it's not overpowering. Nice **warming** feeling going down. The finish is **fairly long**, with that **honey** note coming back, and a **gentle spice** that tingles. Overall, a **pleasantly balanced** dram. Very **moreish**! 🥃 *Sort of got lost in the moment there, heh. Hope that helps!*

Just tried this one. Nose: Quite smoky at first 🔥, like a bonfire on the beach. Then sweet burnt sugar comes through. Palate: Wow, creamy vanilla and cereal, but then this wave of charred oak hits. Bit of black pepper spice. Finish: Long and warming. Getting toffee and a hint of salty sea air, like dried oranges. Really enjoy how the smokyness and sweetness balance. Quite moreish! 👍
