Oh mate, this one's a right journey! 👃 First off, a big blast of proper smokey peat hits ya, like a bonfire on a damp autumn night. 🔥 Then it mellows out into something softer – maybe some honey or dried fruit? A bit of oak and vanilla come through too, all warm and cosy. Slightly spicy on the tongue, like a hint of cinnamon or ginger. 🍯 Finish is long and warming, leaves ya with a taste of dark chocolate and a whisper of sea salt. Proper dram for a cold evening, that’s for sure. 🥃
