Nose is lovely 🍏 apple and fresh grain, like a walk in an orchard. Palate’s got a bit of vanilla creaminess, then... some peppercron (peppercorn) warmth. Finish is medium, hints of oak and a faint, sweet smoke. Quite moreish, innit? 👍

Right, so this one's proper lovely 🍯 with a hint of honey and apple peel right off. Got a wee bit of oak and some vanilla, but not too sweet, y'know? As it sits, you get this gentle smokiness, not a bonfire, more like a distant chimney fire on a crisp autumn day. 🌲 Really smooth finish, leaves a warm, spicy note, almost like cinnamon. Rather quaffable, this. Quite more-ish! 😄

Nose: a bit of apple pie 🍎 and cinnamon, some honey sweetness. Palate: warm, slight smokiness 🔥 and maybe... pear? Finish: medium, a touch of vanilla. Nice one for a Friday night 🥃.

From the first sip, it's all salty and smokey, like a seaside bonfire. Then comes sweet honey and fruity notes, with a spicy kick at the end. Quite the experience! 👌🥃🔥
