Just had a sip of this one... wow 🥃 First thing that hits is this smoky thing, like a campfire but softer y'know? Then comes this lovely sweetness, almost like honey mixed with vanilla cake 🍰 Really smooth going down, not harsh at all. There's something fruity in there too, maybe apple or pear? And a bit of that woody oakiness that just works Honestly pretty rich and warming, perfect for a cold evening like tonite. The finish just lingers on an on, you can still taste it ages after 🤤 Complex but not trying too hard, if that makes sense. Could drink this all nite tbh decent stuff 👌
