Warm and cosy, with a bit of honey, oak and dried fruit. Goes down smooth, then a gentle peppery kick shows up. Quite nice by the fire 🥃✨

Hmm, this one's got a right lovely nose on it. 🥃 First off, it's smoky... but not like a bonfire, more like a distant campfire or maybe... yeah, peat smoke, a bit damp. Gets your attention. Then there's a sweetness comes through, quite strong. Like... caramel? Or maybe toffee apples, that kind of vibe. A bit of vanilla and something baked, like a pastry. Taste is where it gets interesting. The smoke's still there, but it's joined by some proper spice. Cinnamon? Nutmeg? Aye, a bit of both. And it's got a lovely, kinda creamy feel in the mouth. Finish is long, warming. The spice lingers, and that sweetness turns into a sort of dark fruit note... plums or raisins, maybe. It's a proper winter warmer, this one. Definitely one to sip by the fire. 👍
