Right, so this one's got a nose like... stewed orchard fruits, honey drizzled on warm oats, and a whisper of seaside peat smoke. 🍯🌊 Palete hits with raisins, a bit of dark choccy, maybe some candied orange peel. Then there’s a lovely lumbering spice – cinnamon, a touch of clove. 🍊🍫 Finish is long, wavy, with a crack of black pepper and that gentle oak hum. Proper dram, that. 👍🔥

Ah proper lovely drop this. Got a lovely amber colour, innit? 🥃 Nose is all caramel and oak, maybe a hint of vanilla? Taste-wise, getting some smoke 🔥, bit of honey, maybe stewed apple. Finish is warm and spicy, lingers nicely. Would def have another dram. 👍

Oh wow, this one's lovely 🥃 First thing I get is proper vanilla and honey on the nose, like walking into a warm bakery. Then there's this nice apple note, maybe a bit of dried fruit too. On the palate it's all creamy toffee and gentle oak, with a touch of spice creeping in. Quite rich, innit? 😋 Bit of smokiness in the background, not too heavy mind, just enough to keep things interesting. Some citrus freshness as well. Finish is long and warming, hints of dark chocolate and a bit of leather. Really satisfying 👌 Proper winter dram this one. Would deffo have again by the fire on a cold evening 🔥
