Right, so this one’s got a proper cheeky nose, like stewed apples and a whiff of bonfire toffee 🍏🔥 but not in yer face. First sip, and it’s all soft caramal— sorry, caramel— and a bit of nutty flapjack, then this warm wave of pepper and old leather sneaks in. Feels like sittin by a hearth, not a fancy one, just cosy. A tiny splash of water opens up dried apricots and a faint, earthy smoke, almost like a rainy walk in the woods 🌧️🌲. The finish lingers, gentle tingle of ginger and a memory of honey. Proper comforting dram, that.

Tasting notes for this one... hmm 🤔 Nose is quite fruity init, getting some honey and vanilla coming through. Maybe a touch of oak as well? Quite pleasant 👃 On the palate it's proper smooth, bit of spice and some toffee sweetness. Getting some malt character too, reminds me a bit of biscuits 🍪 Finish lingers nicely, warming but not burnin. There's a subtle smokiness at the back end that I quite like actually Overall a rather nice dram for a rainy evening 🥃 Would happily have another glass of this one, very quaffable indeed ☺️

Blimey, that's a proper dram, innit? 👃 Noseful of vanilla and smoky wood, maybe a bit o' leather. 👅 Aye, tastes of ripe fruit and a hint of spice – warm and waxy, like. Finish is long, with a subtle earthy note. Top notch. 🥃

First sip – a pepery kick 🌶️ Then some sweet rum notes 🍷 Followed by apple and cinnamon 🍎 Finishes with vanilla, honey, smoke and wood 🍯💨🪵 Really nice, that.

Right, poured a bit of this earlier. 🥃 Nose is proper peaty, like walkin near the coast. 🌊 Got that sweet sherry hint too, mixed with oak. Finish lingers... warms you up inside. 🔥 Definetly a good one for chillin. Cheers mates. 🍻
