Lovely cosy dram 🥃 I get soft vanilla, a bit of honey, some dried fruit and gentle oak. Slight peppery warmth, but not too sharp. Finish is mellow, with a wee nutty sweetness. Quite comforting, really.

Oh that nose, mm... 🔥 like a bonfire on the beach, but then you get this lovely vanilla custard cream coming through 🍦 First sip... wow, a bit of spice there! 🌶️ And oh, there’s definitely some fruitcake, maybe even a hint of mince pie? Classic. The finish, it just goes on and on... smoky but sweet. It’s a proper winter warmer, that one. ❄️ Right, where’s me biscuits?
