Quite cosy, this one 🥃 I get soft oak, a bit of vanilla and honey, with a gentle spicy kick. There’s a wee smoky edge too, but nothing too much. Feels warm, rounded, and easy to sip of an evening.

First sip - ooh that's warming isn't it 🔥 Getting honey and maybe some dried fruit on the nose, quite sweet rly. Bit of vanilla too I reckon. Palate wise it's pretty smooth, not too harsh. Some spice coming through, maybe cinnamon? Touch of oak there aswell. Finish lingers nicely, quite long actually 👌 Overall v pleasant, would definitley have another dram of this 🥃

Smoky waft hits ya nose first, kinda like a bonfire 🍂. Then comes this sweet, fruity bit – apples maybe? With a wee honey note. Finish is warm, lingers a bit. Reminds me o' autumn walks, somehow. Not too harsh, goes down smooth. Nice one, that. 👍
