Right, opened da bottle... blimey, salt and wet peat straight off, like a bonfire by the sea. 🌊 First sip, there's this lovely honey sweetness, but it quickly gets a bit of a kick. You know, white pepper and maybe some citrus peel? 🍋 Then the smoke comes in, not harsh like, more like smouldering wood. Leaves a sort of dry, salty finish in your mouth. Quite warming, really. 😊 A bit of water opens it up more. Get some apple and vanilla now, still that coastal vibe underneath. Quite complex, innit?
