Aye, had a dram last nite and it proper hit the spot 👌 Nose - gettin loads of vanilla an honey, maybe a bit of caramel too. Quite sweet init. Oh and somethin like... dried fruit? Raisins or summink 🍯 Palate - wow, deffo some warm spice there, cinnamon maybe. Bit of orange peel too. Smooth as anything though, rly nice mouthfeel 👄 Finish - lingers nicely, get some oak at the end an a subtle smokyness. Not too peaty, more like a gentle warmth in yer chest 🔥 Honestly quite a lovely pour. Easy drinkin but still complex enuff to keep ya interested. Would rly enjoy this on a rainy evening sat by the window n that 🥃 Might hav to grab another glass tbf 😅
