Alright so cracked open this one tonight and... wow 🥃 First thing I get is proper honey sweetness, like runny honey on toast, y'know? Then there's this lovely warm vanilla thing happening. Getting a bit of toffee and dried fruit in there too, plums maybe? The oak's well balanced, not too overpowring 👌 Finish is nice n long, a wee bit of spice creeping in at the end. Some smokiness there but it's subtle, not like an Islay monster or anything 😄 Honestly quite moorish. Could easy have another dram or two without thinking twice. Rating: solid choice for a Friday night innit 🙌

Right, so this one's a bit of a journey! Nose: First hit is proper vanilla custard 🍮 and toffee, but then you get this lovely, warm spiciness coming through. Like cinnamon sticks. Palate: Oh, that's lovely. It's got a nice weight to it. Getting some baked apple? And a bit of that woody, oaky note. Really coats the mouth. Finish: The spice lingers, with a hint of dark chocolate at the end. Mmm. Not bad at all, innit? Quite moreish. 🥃 Feels like a fireside whiskly, that's for sure.

Got a really smoky one here, mate. Starts off like a bonfire 🔥 but then it's kinda fruity, like overripe plums? A bit of vanilla too, s'nice. Smooth though. Goes down easy. Got that classic warming feeling, y'know? Cheers to that. 🥃

Honey and vanilla hit me first, right? 🍯 Then a kinda citrus zing, maybe orange peel? The oak comes thru strong, woody. A bit of smoke at the back, campfire vibes 🔥 Spicy finish, like cinnamon or nutmeg? Warming my throat, lovely stuff 👌 Sometimes I get a faint apple note too. Goes down smoother than I expected, really.

Proper lovely dram this one 🥃. Nice amber colour. Nose is sweet, like vanila and honey. Reminds me of sunday roasts. First sip? Smooth as silk, bit of oak spice tingles the tongue. No burn at all. Finish lingers nicely, warm and cozy. Definetly one for a rainy evening 👍. Cheers!
