Aight, so the nose is... quite something 🍯 Starts with a proper whiff of honey and warm baked apples, then you get that lovely hint of peat smoke, like a distant bonfire 🔥 Tastes proper smooth. A bit of sweet vanilla, maybe some toasted oak. There’s a spicy kick right at the end, like cinnamon or ginger. Quite warming going down, a real winter dram.
